Here is what we are doing:
- Tech makes no physical contact with the customer, maintaining a 3 – 6 foot barrier
- No shaking hands
- Techs wear shoe covers
- Wipe iPad after each use
- For your protection, we are using hand sanitizer, gloves, and disinfectant wipes
- Face masks are available on request
- any employee displaying any symptoms of the Corona Virus or experiencing a temperature of 100 or more will not be in your home.
We are pleased to announce a new service for our customers.
We now offer a “TellaTech” phone/video service solution as an alternative to on site visit for HVAC & plumbing problems. We find that many of our calls are simple enough that the average home owner may be able to resolve themselves with a little help remotely. We now offer that service for the low price of $29! Most problems can be resolved over the phone or with the assistance of video conference. This is a fraction of the cost to have a tech come to your home and you can avoid social contact! If for some reason we can’t resolve your issue remotely those charges can be applied to the normal dispatch and diagnostic charges to have us come out.
